"The staff was a amazing. The Valet service was fast. Barbara at the front dest was amazing. When she learned it was our anniversary she went above and beyond to make our stay great. The restaurant was great. Thw Burgers were excellent highly recommended. The crabcake hush puppies were a 10/10 appetizer. The Bartender Rashad had a great personality and a excellent job recommending drinks, food and other Bars to visit.
The hotel is walking distance from the stae Capital and River. "
"Everything was fantastic except that during my four-night stay, they never cleaned my room. I asked the counter several times, but they didn't. Everything else was great."
Residence Inn by Marriott Austin Downtown/Convention Center
10/10 Excellent
"We were very happy with our stay at the Residence Inn. Our check in was easy, the staff were exceptional, very accommodating and helpful. Our room was spacious and very clean. The Champion's Restaurant was very nice, very pleasant staff, upbeat and friendly. Food was good, just wish the Happy Hour menu changed daily. My only disappointment is that the pool was not heated, and it was pretty cold. Other than that, we loved the location, walking distance to Congress Street bridge to see the Bats each night, awesome.
