The baja shrimp tacos at Torchy's are very tasty. Hand-battered fried shrimp with cooked cabbage slaw, topped with pickled jalapeños and onions, queso fresco, cilantro, and a wedge of lime, served with your choice of chipotle sauce. It was a four mile round trip walk from the conference center at lunch time -- but so good, we did it twice!
