"I read some of the reviews after I had already booked my families room. There were reviews about the property and how it was outdated and there were reviews about people trying to lure children. I am not going to lie, the reviews about the children freaked me out a lot, seeing how I was traveling with my three children. However; in this day and age, you should keep your children close, regardless. When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk attendant, was as friendly as could be. She got us checked in and we were on our way. We booked a suite and when we got to our room, I can honestly say that I was surprised. The room was NOT outdated at all! It was clean and very cozy. For the price, I honestly expected less. We stayed from Thursday-Sunday. The breakfast was nice and had a little bit of everything, the pool and hot tub were clean, nice and warm. I even needed to use the computer and printer and one of the staff helped me to get set up and made sure it had printer paper for me. I can honestly say that the whole experience was nice, the stay was comfortable and accommodating and all of the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I didn't have any issues with my children either, granted I didn't let them roam or leave my sight. We drove our tesla and there are Charge Point chargers in the back on the property, that was nice. If you need to Super Charge, there are Tesla chargers behind the hotel."

"The eggs were raw, the milk was expired and the fruit tasted like gasoline. The room was digustingly dirty and not at all how the photos look online. I was also charged $112 more than what I booked for. "

"I’ve stayed at this hotel before but never with just a king bed. It said that it would fit 5 people. I even called the front desk to confirm how it would sleep 5. They said it had a king bed, a full pullout trundle and someone could sleep on the couch. It’s a good thing we didn’t have 5 people because it only has a twin pullout and the couch would only be comfortable for a little kid to sleep on. There were also only two bath towels in the room. "

"The staff was exceptional. The room smelled as if a smoker had stayed there. I asked the front desk for help and they promptly responded with spray that greatly decreased the ordor. The bed was terribly hard and not nice to sleep in. The floor of the bathroom was slick when wet. Breakfast was yummy."

"My room didn't have a do not disturb door sign and I didn't have time to ask for one and so I left the room as is and went to my business visits in town but when I returned at the end of the day, I'm assuming room service came into my room and straightened it out a little. My issue is, I do NOT like anyone entering my room with my personal and important business materials laying around. I felt a bit uneasy about that. I feel that the hotel management should place a do not disturb card in every room."
