"The hotel was in need of some updates…the staff was wonderful from the night check in clerk, the morning clerk, the breakfast staff, the made to order eggs station ladies, the happy hour lady bartender all very happy, cheerful people! Our room was ok…we wanted a top floor room got a 3rd floor out of 7 floors. Also all the pictures of the rooms on many different sites showed walk in shower with glass doors…looked updated, but we got the old tub/shower combo…was clean and in good shape but we needed the walk in style. Our room the sofa was stained pretty bad, we covered it with extra blanket in the closet. The kitchen chairs were very old and fabric was torn and stained…we didn’t use them. The beds were comfortable and nice to be separate from living area…nice to have a Large tv in bedroom and one in the living space. The breakfast room was small but the made to order eggs was awesome and ladies do a very good job…the choice for other items were scares but the did have crispy bacon, sausage links, cubed fried potatoes, and variety of breads, a waffle maker, but cereal, yogurt, fruit, was very limited choices. The happy was not great for appetizers…bowl of chips, bowl of popcorn, a bowl of cheddar fish crackers, a dinner plate of pineapple slices, a dinner plate of melon, a dinner plate of cubed cheese…2 alcoholic drinks was nice and unlimited fountain drinks. Overall it was ok but could be so much better with some new furniture and better appetizers…nice pool & gym."

"I read some of the reviews after I had already booked my families room. There were reviews about the property and how it was outdated and there were reviews about people trying to lure children. I am not going to lie, the reviews about the children freaked me out a lot, seeing how I was traveling with my three children. However; in this day and age, you should keep your children close, regardless. When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk attendant, was as friendly as could be. She got us checked in and we were on our way. We booked a suite and when we got to our room, I can honestly say that I was surprised. The room was NOT outdated at all! It was clean and very cozy. For the price, I honestly expected less. We stayed from Thursday-Sunday. The breakfast was nice and had a little bit of everything, the pool and hot tub were clean, nice and warm. I even needed to use the computer and printer and one of the staff helped me to get set up and made sure it had printer paper for me. I can honestly say that the whole experience was nice, the stay was comfortable and accommodating and all of the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I didn't have any issues with my children either, granted I didn't let them roam or leave my sight. We drove our tesla and there are Charge Point chargers in the back on the property, that was nice. If you need to Super Charge, there are Tesla chargers behind the hotel."

"I’ve stayed at this hotel before but never with just a king bed. It said that it would fit 5 people. I even called the front desk to confirm how it would sleep 5. They said it had a king bed, a full pullout trundle and someone could sleep on the couch. It’s a good thing we didn’t have 5 people because it only has a twin pullout and the couch would only be comfortable for a little kid to sleep on. There were also only two bath towels in the room. "

"The staff was exceptional. The room smelled as if a smoker had stayed there. I asked the front desk for help and they promptly responded with spray that greatly decreased the ordor. The bed was terribly hard and not nice to sleep in. The floor of the bathroom was slick when wet. Breakfast was yummy."
