Horrible room. Stained mattresses and dirty sheets. Doesn't look like anything was cleaned or changed from the previous people, looks like they just folded the beds and towels. Pool was very busy but was clean. Staff at front desk were not helpful with anything. Save your money do not come here!

We really enjoy this hotel with our kids. The swimming are is great it has a giant slide they love to go on while we sit in the hot tub. The breakfast is great and the staff keeps it constantly fresh. Everyone on the staff is very friendly and willing to help with anything you need.

The kiddie area in the pool was fun for our littles. The staff was very kind and helpful. There was blood on the wall in our room and after someone on staff allegedly came to our room to clean it, it still wasn't cleaned off. We ended up cleaning it ourselves. Our key cards kept deactivating which was quite inconvenient when you're not on the first floor and have little kids to juggle while running down to the lobby to get it sorted out.

The bathroom vent fan didn't seem like it was working. Room was big enough for 4 stay. Nice have breakfast next day. Hostess first day not too happy or share any things we needed to know, but next day hostess was super happy inviting. Starts with A very friendly welcoming Price was fair for stay. Boys enjoyed swim area. You need wrist band go on slide no one told us so we had go get some before closed at 10pm. Dolly available help. Would stay again. Nice have small gym and kids friendly place. Nice have wifi too. Breakfast staff works really hard. Appreciate it.
