I was very frustrated with the check in process as the staff and website were inconsistent. Online it says check in is available until 3:30 AM and we arrived around 3:15 only to be told that we arrived too late and that they canceled our reservation. The staff were also inconsistent between each other as we revived mixed responses as to whether or not we would be fine arriving so late. After checking in, the rest of the stay was mainly problem free. Our door did get the key card thing messed up but they were able to fix it promptly and without bothering us as we were sleeping. Hot tub and pool were well maintained and relaxing. Room was clean. Breakfast was good
