"The room was comfortable. Buffet breakfast was great and the staff was great. Front counter staff was friendly and helpful. The overall place was dated and could use a renovation. There was a basketball court onsite that can be used for pickleball. Shuttle provided transit to the nearby malls. Great value for the service level. "

The breakfast was fresh and good with many varieties for American and Filipino to enjoy. Staff for breakfast was great as well. 2nd time staying and we will be back again!"

"This hotel doesn’t have clean sheets or towels. The hotel is very old and dirty. It does not look like the pictures that are posted. Hotel room had issues w toilet flushing and sink has barely any water coming out. Horrible hotel. I was there April 2026. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at Lex hotel, Cebu! Spacious rooms, attentive staff, comfy beds, and an excellent morning buffet. The rooftop deck, poolside restaurant, and refreshing swimming pool were definitely the highlights of our stay. The surf n turf dinner and watermelon shake (and mango shake) were ordered on repeat! The staff were welcoming and absolutely hospitable. We absolutely recommend!!"

"Very satisfied with the breakfast, both the food and the service. it’s a buffet, but the staff served me because I’m disabled. The shower in the room was excellent with the large showerhead and ample hot water. The Chop Suey from room service was full of fresh vegetables, just what I was looking for. Overall, I rated the experience as good because it wasn’t easy to reach Customer Service and there was no conspicuous information in the room explaining housekeeping and room service. "
