"Celebrated my wedding anniversary at the hotel and they were so lovely to set up a nice amenities table for my hubby and me. My daughter left her favourite soft toy upon check out and they are so kind to keep it aside for us as well and assist to help me send it back! Superb customer service! The hotel location is great! Opposite is victoria park where i went for a nice cooling run and next to the hotel there is a 24hrs supermarket as well. Very strategic location surrounded by shopping mall. The skye bar is worth the visit! Staff were meticulous "

"Everything was good. Only suggestion. Didn’t really think it’s needed for someone to knock on my door in the afternoon to ask us if the room was cleaned to our liking. Think phone call would have been good. Was trying to take a nap in the afternoon when they came knocking on the door. "
