"This was a lovely little boutique hotel near many attractions. The staff there was super helpful to me holding bags, directions one even escorted me to a bus stop. They arranged cabs etc. the room as spacious and comfortable. If I had anything I would change it would be a little more variety in the hot breakfast besides eggs maybe something like waffles? But on the whole a wonderful relaxing stay. I highly recommend them. "

"Beautiful old hotel near centre of Santiago. Comfortable stay, bathroom could do with an upgrade. Lovely old furniture. Pool was not warm. Bar meals ok but expensive. Staff friendly and helpful. "

"We enjoyed our stay, particularly the attentive service and the high quality of our room. Regarding breakfast, while the local selection was impressive, there is room for improvement in informing guests about holiday service changes. Providing me with a regular Friday schedule when I specifically asked about Good Friday hours caused us to misplan our excursion. Ensuring staff are consistently updated on holiday hours would greatly enhance the guest experience."

"Conveniently located, helpful staff, room and amenities were as described. Our room had a nice view overlooking the library and Santa Lucia Hill. However, our key cards malfunctioned frequently, and this seemed to be a common problem for other guests as well."

"Great location! Most things are reachable on foot, and the staff speaks English. Our duplex apartment in the building next door to the hotel was fine (if you do not expect any cleaning but towels can be changed at the reception.) Unfortunately, the reception refused to take our pre-stamped postcards to the mail. It's quite strange for a hotel to decline such a simple request."
