Our apartment had the 2 bedrooms facing a courtyard so it was lovely quiet at night even with the window open. However extremely disappointing that over a three night stay access was denied on 2 consecutive evenings to use the sky bar because of external functions . Hotel offered words of apology by why do it ? The guest is paying for these facilities .
