We had a wonderful stay at Sofitel! The breakfast was delicious and the service outstanding — every staff member we met was friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the pool every day and had an amazing time with the crew who always made sure we were well taken care of. Highly recommended!

Amazing property, history and arquitecture, however the service was not the best, i was there 5 years ago with my husband and the service was outstanding compare to this time around. Sadly, it has left me with a disappointing feeling as this is an outstanding hotel. Please ask foe late check out and they informed me that we were OK to stay until 1 PM. However, they keep pressuring my dad to leave at noon the room and told him that he was past his check out time, really rudely and he was going to get charged. Also, we were supposed to do the tour of the hotel at 5 PM and the tour guy showed up at 5:30 and he was completely unprepared and didnt really know much of the history of the hotel. Definitely the service is not as it used to be..

Should get a refresh rooms are not well maintained. Facilities not great I had an issue in the bathroom. Used to be better. But interior garden for drink, tea, breakfast is unbeatable. Small birds everywhere. It used to be a convent it’s an incredible Spanish architecture.

The breakfast was good and almost all staff had excellent English language skills. Our room was quite damp and had moisture dripping from the ceiling due to the ac. Although it was a lovely stay they also automatically added a £35 service charge on for each night. Bit cheeky
