The staff were amazing. My original reservation did not meet my expectations and they were accommodating, allowing me to upgrade to an oceanfront suite which exceeded expectations. The location is great. Many things are within walking distance. I utilized the salon twice during my stay, they were just as wonderful. I originally stayed as part of a big group and the last few days as a solo traveler. Overall, extremely happy with my stay, I would stay here again.

Beautiful oceanfront hotel, just in the hearth of Bocagrande . We really enjoyed our stay, the staff was very friendly , especially Rafael. Everything was neat, clean, they pool and jacuzzi were really nice. From the 15th floor you can almost see the city… Thank you guys

Amazing! The hotel is beautiful but the rooms are old. The staff were amazing and very professional. I love that this hotel is in walking distance from everything. I felt right at home being able to come outside and walk freely without fear. If I come back to CTG, this hotel will be high on my list.

This hotel was good but the photos did not match. The walls are popcorn walls and the floor is old tiles. It’s a clean place though. I didn’t like the part when at the pool we cannot bring our own water, coffee or drinks. We had to buy something from the pool to to drink anything. The staff were nice
