Stayed in many hotels in Cartagena over the past 6 years and our stay here was absolutely one of the best! Everything from the staff (huge thanks to Chef Isaac, who took the time to show me how to make a dessert he had prepared that I loved) to amazing breakfasts and extremely comfortable room (bed was so comfortable AC worked perfectly and perhaps the best shower in Cartagena) and rooftop pool so enjoyable and great Wi-Fi. Will absolutely stay again on our next trip!

This hotel was just lovely and our suite exceeded expectations. Large room with super comfy bed and bedding, large and well supplied bathroom (thick Terry cloth robes, nice slippers in addition to the usual body wash, shampoo, and lotion) with a tub large enough for two. Very helpful staff and great breakfast included. We would stay in this hotel again if we have the opportunity.

Although this boutique hotel is in the walled city, you don’t hear exterior noise so you’ll sleep well. This is a gorgeous property with excellent customer service, friendly, professional staff, and a great location! We will definitely return!
