Very central location. Our room was facing the courtyard, was very spacious and silent. On arrival we were greeted with a welcome drink of our choice. A la carte breakfast was delicious and well portioned. The staff was always friendly and helpful.

This is a lovely hotel very well situated in the walked historic part of cartagena. Very nice rooms with an excellent bed, linens and spacious bathrooms. It has a small pool to relax in after walking the town and two jacuzzi tubs that you can reserved. The staff was very accommodating and remembered us when we came back for a second stay.

Hotel was great! Our 7th trip to Cartagena staying in the walled city and this place was one of our favorites. Staff was friendly, helpful and rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable. Will definitely stay again on our next visit!

Great hotel in a great location. The hotel was beautiful and really clean. Room was an effective use of space and the shower in the bathroom was amazing. Staff was super friendly, cocktails and breakfast was great. The whole lobby area is beautiful and great place to sit and unwind. Location is great and close to a lot of restaurants.

The hotel is in a great location and a charming colonial building. Service and food are good. The so-called "superior" rooms, though, are thoroughly unpleasant: they are interior rooms that receive no natural light, so they feel claustrophobic, and the bathroom is tiny. Don't book those - go for a "premium" room, which has better light.

We booked a Deluxe Room, room number 5, and it was a really large and beautiful room. Very modern and very comfortable. It even has a small inner terrace. Highly recommended!

The staff was so welcoming and good to us , clean rooms and smelled so nice as well , very warming sent , easy walking to everything , I’m so happy I stayed here the Servis was great and super clean . This was our first time in Cartagena and this hotel hit it out of the park. Everything was perfect and convenient. Facilities were clean and well kept. The staff was terrific and very accommodating. Will be returning here on our next trip back
