We stayed at the Armería Hotel over Christmas and had a wonderful experience. Luis and Reinaldo were incredible—so helpful, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel itself is very nice and perfect for families. The massages were fantastic, and the breakfast staff were amazing every morning—always kind, helpful, and cheerful. The bathrooms are a bit dated and could use an upgrade, but they were still comfortable. Because of the warm weather, we did have a small lizard in one room and a large beetle, but the staff handled everything quickly and helpfully. Overall, the service truly made the difference, and we really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back!

Super friendly and helpful staff, Jaime the concierge went out of his way, personally took us walking twice to show us/help us find what we needed, A+! All other staff were friendly and nice as well. Bkfast was not huge but enough options to feel satisfied and good taste. Room are spacious and clean. Family friendly and quiet for the area. Will return.

Majestic, charming boutique hotel that is in a great location in Getsemani. The people are very friendly and it has a pool looking over San Felipe and the marina. My room needs some repairs - e.g the shower but overall I really like this place

The staff in general is very nice, food in restaurant is delicious, buffet is just ok.BE AWARE !The hotel has a policy that notbody can visit you after 10pm and even before 10pm the visitor cannot enter your room, just common areas. If you are planning to drink something in your room with friends you have to pay extra money.

The property's location is very convenience. Hotel is beautiful, room is clean, bed is comfortable. Breakfast buffet is delicious. The staff is amazing. Eduardo and Marlon are very professional, and kind they were helping us and made us feel very welcomed. Also, the bar on the 3rt floor has an spectacular view. Definitely, we will come back to the this hotel again in the near future.

Charming, Beautiful Boutique Hotel

Beautiful Boutique Hotel with a lot of charm, ambiance, excellent service, quality food and fabulous location over the water, bridge and Historic Castillo de San Felipe in Getsemani. Nice, relaxing pool on the 3rd floor. Minutes walk to several restaurants, salsa clubs, the famous Walled City and ferry terminal for boat day trips!

The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the unobstructed view from the rooftop was fantastic. We really appreciated the option to take a to-go box from the breakfast buffet for our early airport departure—such a thoughtful touch. Overall, it was an excellent stay! Our only complaint was that the burger we had for lunch was just average. We'd definitely stay here again but would likely choose a different place to eat.
