"Great staff, food was very nice, lots of choices, evening shows, especially Michael Jackson were great. Water was as warm as the pool. AC made some noise but worked fine. Enjoyed our stay as people we met were very friendly."

"My first time staying at a Riu resort and it was amazing. The staff were friendly and assisted when needed. The stress relief massage at the spa was amazing along with the daily use of steam room. Food was good at the various buffets. Only draw back is they dont take reservations at the speciality reservations."

"The good : - Landscape - Common areas - Pool - There tons of loose tiles all over . - Food was Good but NO seafood at all . The bad : - Rooms ( Buildings 1-4 ) need some urgent remodel work . Rooms are clean but the condition of the rooms is worse every time i go back . Rust all over the handles / by the shower . The drainage system on the showers is Horrible and looks dirty all the time even if clean . Please guys we know this can get better . . A/C needs work . All this rooms should get remodel ASAP . - No seafood ( only seafood rice with 3-4 shrimps - Beach ( i KNOW is not hotel faults the sargassum but looks awful) - Pool is loosing all the tiles . This needs to be fixed as is not looking good . I have been staying at the hotel for the last 3 years and i don’t consider myself as picky person. But may not return to the hotel again it they dont take actions with the Rooms quality and the Pool . Personal is Ok . Costumer service Ok . But you guys will lost a lot of clients if the quality of the rooms wont get better . This hotel Is going down the hill and is Sad to see it . Because the place is beautiful."

"Great food, hospitality and crowd. Rooms are a little outdated . Didn’t pay a hold deposit for hotel. Lots of activity to do on property. Vacation wear shopping, pharmacy, clinic, basic mani pedi, spa, volleyball tennis, chest and more games, casino, clubbing, concert hall, wedding dress etc shopping. I know of 4 different restaurants 5 bars. They can help with taxi, delivery and excursions. I had a butler too, so great! Wait time to check in was 2 hours after 3 pm. The place is packed. I know of 2 huge pools, one with all the kids stuff attached. Staff is great as well. Gym & Parking available."

"Staff very accommodating. Front desk was able to address an issue in our room effectively and were able to move us to a different room. Rooms are spacious and cleaned daily and the facility is in the best location. Steps to the beach and pool. Never felt overly crowded. We love HI Aruba and have come back multiple times."
