Spacious rooms with big internal garden area. Quiet and nice area, in the middle of Chepstow. Contactless check in was fine and easy to follow. Good cooked breakfast in the morning. Perfect for our one night stay.

I believe the new owners have been working hard to get this place back up to speed. I feel they still have a lot of work to do. Bed was from the 1970's, room felt a little damp and uninviting, bathroon needed renovating, the place felt tired and creaky.

The property looks nice from the road,and is a good location, but it’s tired once you are beyond the first reception room . Carpets are stained and threadbare. The room was a good size but the lock was barely hanging on with loose screws. The bathroom was ok, but quality wasn’t great. No toilet roll holder. Overall very disappointing and not worth the money.
