"Fantastic location for the bay. Leave your car in the carpark and get the bus into town. The bay has a good selection of bars and restaurants."

"Very clean room, very comfortable bed. Bathroom is lovely and shower is great. Hallways are a little dated decor wise but apart from this all good. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Over night car park charge of £16. Did not dine in restaurant on this occasion or use the leisure facilities as we’re visiting friends. Would happily stay again."

"We had a fantastic stay at Novotel for our son’s birthday. We stayed in an executive room which was comfortable, well-supplied, and featured really good beds. The bathroom was great, and the pool was a highlight for our family! Breakfast was very tasty, and the staff's communication throughout our stay was excellent. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Lovely, spacious room, with balcony, which was pleasant. We stayed on the sixth floor and really enjoyed the peace, away from the crowds and kids! The wine and Welsh cakes were a nice touch too. Breakfast was good and staff members were all excellent - professional, helpful and friendly. A very relaxing stay."
