"The room was clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable, but the room was small and not very manouverable. Front desk staff were very helpful in organizing a taxi to the airport in the morning."

"Room was absolutely spotless and amazing hotel, but only problem I had on arrival in to room, their was tobacco scattered around the desk area from previous people. . Didn't bother me too much tbh, other than that me and my husband had a lovely night stay. Staff were Friendly, Definitely booking again soon ."

"A wonderful old-world experience of exceptional service and luxury, The hotel is conveniently located to be able to explore Cardiff on foot from that park and castle to shops and restaurants. Our room was beautiful, comfortable and quiet looking out onto an inner courtyard. The spa is also highly recommended as well as their 5* breakfast."
