"Rooms are a bit dated but the fridge stove and microwave are great to have. Bathroom also dated and really small. The bathtub shower combo leaks, Balcony doors and balcony are lovely. Beds are extremely firm and two single beds pushed together isn’t a proper queen or king bed. Breakfast was a nice feature of the stay, but it was the same every morning. The fresh fruit was great, but there could have been more variety with the hot options of eggs and shredded ham/sausage combo that was the same everyday. Pastries were store bought and also the exact same every day. Variety would have been nice. No pastel de Natas served in Portugal for breakfast, very odd. Sushi restaurant in the hotel only open once a week. Front desk staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Really liked having the hotel arranging a driver for airport pickup and drop off. Hotel pool area was nice with the fountain and variety of loungers and umbrellas. The pool water was a bit chilly."

The staff were exemplary, the food and drink were excellent, the pool and spa lovely, and the hotel is just a short walk from the beach. Brimming with history and charming grandeur, it was noticeable how many guests were returning visitors to the Palácio Estoril Hotel. I’m sure we’ll be among them."

"We loved our stay at Artsy Cascais. The staff were special, always helpful and nothing too much trouble. The rooms were so comfortable, showers fabulous; breakfast lovely- especially the Granola and Home made Yoghurt with Fresh fruit. Eggs done just how we asked. I would highly recommend this hotel. My only OFI is the restaurant doesn’t open in the evening. I understand why having spoken to the manager but hope on our next visit in a couple of year"
