"The property is absolutely stunning and offers an incredible, authentic breakfast. There’s also plenty of accessible trails and hiking opportunities along with a short walk into the city center. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, the room was spacious and each area was very well thought-out, but the readily available staff is what truly made our experience unforgettable. The concierge provided plenty of options of things to do and helped us craft our itinerary and coordinated our excursions with...
"A nicely designed, rather new hotel which has some lovely features and an excellent terrace for breakfast and relaxing. Most importantly, it is far enough away from the overcrowded centre of Göreme to be quiet and where parking is possible, but it's within walking distance of the Open Air Museum and of the many restaurants. However my ground floor room was damp and some of the construction seems to have been done in a rush, with poor soundproofing and smelly drains."
"Positive Aspects:
Exterior and Common Areas: The hotel’s exterior and common areas are well-maintained, suggesting recent refurbishments.
Room Air Conditioning: The air conditioning in the room worked well, providing comfort despite other issues.
Breakfast Area: Spacious and neatly decorated with a buffet that meets three-star expectations.
Areas for Improvement:
Language Barrier and Customer Service: Staff primarily spoke Turkish, complicating check-in and indicating a focus on local tourists....

"Extremely different to any other hotel experience. If you are not good with steps it is probably best avoided - it comes with the territory, but worth it. Such a unique experience with incredible views and history. Great beds and accommodation quality. Well trained staff who really understand service. Loved it. "
"The king suite room was beautiful inside and the local farm to table breakfast excursion that was included was amazing! The guide Shams was so passionate knowledgeable and genuinely fantastic. Alp was also able to provide us our room an hour early as we arrived in the morning. We were suggested an excellent hike too while we waited. "
"Highly recommend!!! Amazing Hotel! We stayed 2 nights. The hotel receptionist especially Yunos, and other men were so kind and nice. They provided us everything we need, and our Airport shuttle(12 GO company) bus didn’t come on the way back to airport from hotel and refund, but the hotel receptionist man called a taxi immediately and we made it to Kaiser airport on time. Thank you SO much for your all support to us. "
"This hotel is totally worth it. It’s absolutely STUNNING and truly the best place to stay in Cappadocia because of its roof top terrace views at sunrise, sunset, and all times in between. It’s beautiful here. The details of the entire hotel and the grounds are immaculate. Detailed decor everywhere. So picturesque and artistic. The pool has a beautiful view even. In addition to that, the food is GREAT. The main restaurant is wonderful. We loved the live music Saturday and wish they had that more often. "
