Loved our stay at Aza cave hotel! The presidential suite was spacious and beautiful. Breakfast was splendid! The hotel itself was beautiful with stunning views and conveniently located near the centre. Service was equally exceptional with friendly staff who even gave me a treat on my birthday. Loved my stay and hope to return one day soon.

Amazing, beautiful property with very friendly, helpful staff. I celebrated my birthday during my stay and I was surprised with a birthday cake and many birthday wishes from staff, I appreciated it so much. Also has a great breakfast. The hotel is set up high with amazing views all the staff were very friendly and very welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble from help in retrieving bag left at airport to booking trips. The room was excellent and grounds well maintained. We loved our stay here. One small change would have been some local food in the restaurant in the evening as was totally Japanese. Breakfast showered again was a fantastic choice and help used buffet apart from orders for a variety of cooked eggs
