"This was the most spacious hotel room on my 3 weeks trip. The room impresses you from the first glance. It’s a true cave hotel and the room takes two levels in the cave. This may be a problem for people with mobility restrictions as the bathroom is located on the lower level. "Everything at this property was excellent. Staff is over the top; they are not fluid in English, but they try their best. All staff there was exceptional!! also the spa staff; that service is incredibly well done. The property is beautiful and the room we booked was fantastic. I loved this place. Is a little far from the turistic area, but nothing you cannot control."

Navigating the winding stairs to the rooftop restaurant added to the adventure. Seten Restaurant was fantastic for both breakfast and dinner. The hotel also arranged incredible tours, including a hot air balloon ride and a visit to the underground city. Be sure to stay a few days—balloon launches depend on weather.
