"It was good overall. We felt comfortable. We appreciated how quiet the spa was. It was a good place to relax after a long day. The sauna wasn’t very hot though. One of our rooms had a view of the balloons from a distance. Overall we were satisfied especially since since we got a good deal. "

All staff there was exceptional!! also the spa staff; that service is incredibly well done. The property is beautiful and the room we booked was fantastic. I loved this place. "Great option for a weekend of skiing at Mt. Erciyes! We came with a group of kids and adults and everyone was happy. The hotel is lovely, with a nice pool and spa, an excellent kids club (though it is closed on Sundays), good quality rental equipment, and great ski instructors. Our room was spacious and well equipped with nice views. Breakfast was fantastic and dinner was good as well, with lots of options at both meals. Compared to some of the other hotels at Erciyes the price was also...
