"We stay here all the time. Best place ever!"

"Room was dated & seems to have been through some usage but overall good service like most said. The door handle at my balcony was broken or loose. (Oceanview). Very kids friendly for toddler, it has a small section playground slide. On the bottom level it has ping pong and connect4 & other kids games. If you are going with adults I will recommend next door or somewhere else. 8/10"

"We had a great stay at Fairmont El San Juan Hotel and really enjoyed our four-night stay. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming, and the hotel has a beautiful atmosphere with well-maintained spaces. Our room was comfortable and clean, and overall service was excellent. One small suggestion: it would be very helpful if, at check-in, the hotel clearly explained what is included in the resort fee. We later found out it covered several amenities that we were not aware of and unfortunately did not get to use. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay here again."

"Loved our one night stay here! It was perfect for our family of 5! My kids loved the pool and it was so beautifully decorated for the Christmas time. We enjoyed our stay here very much and we hope to come back soon. Was also very close to the airport which was a plus for us! "
