A few little problems but overall a comfortable place, once you have figured it all out. Pools and Lagoon are fantastic. Glad I visited.

I loved the daylight/brightness, ventilation, amenities and size, it was very comfortable and had everything that i needed for my cancun appointment. the property accommodated my late check in due to traffic, and i just had problems opening the door with the 2 locks initially but they sent a security guard to assist to show me how to open the locks. everything was working well. the place was clean, with the exception of 2 small decorative cushions on the beds in the smaller bedroom. had a great stay and slept well. will book this property again.

Everything was perfect, walmart just a block away along with restaurants and street vendors for cheap but delicious food, the hotel zone and ports are not too far either, it was really easy to contact the host and any question or concern we had was answered and taken care of right away, will definitely book with her again
