"La ubicación está muy bien la playa 🏝️ está abajo de los condominios pero los Condominios son Viejos no son como los mira uno en la página Website las Toallas están viejas y rotas los baños les faltan muchos arreglos las puertas están sucias y en mal estado la agarradera de la puerta necesitan cambiarla no hay seguridad para los huéspedes las cortinas están rotas y faltan muchos detalles y adornos para que se mire bien el Condominio porque más bien parece un Apartamento en malas condiciones...

"Shoutout for bartender Jonathan, very friendly and expert bartender. He was extremely good at his job and loved by our entire family. Overall AVA is a beautiful, extremely clean maintained property with loads of staff who are all very polite, humble and respectful. Cleaning of rooms is done throughout the day, 24*7 room service is amazing. Can’t wait to visit the Property again. Food in restaurants like Kita, Veranda, Copal, Bao and even the buffet place were excellent. Livo food didn’t taste fresh and was not liked by anyone in our family, though the staff there too was great. Games and other amenities like pool and lagoon were loved by children. Superb property !! Thanks Meghna"

"This hotel has everything you need in a hotel with many options for entertainment, restaurants, amenities, multiple pool areas and beach views. I really did not experience a bad time there. The only thing I I would like to see improve is room services. I order room services multiple nights and the delivery time was over a hour to hour and half. Both nights the food was warm and my hungry has subsided by then."

"The staff were wonderful helpful kind always have a smile for you The food I’m not big on the buffet and didn’t try it for a few days and ate at the other restaurants and they were all good I didn’t get a chance to eat at the Asian restaurant because I couldn’t find it It’s by the convenience store in the lobby back to the buffet it was really good I ate at the buffet every day and always found something good that I like and no waiting just in eat and done loved it The pools were fun the staff had games and entertainment every day the beach 🏖️ was nice there was some seaweed but you could easily still swim not a huge deal I had a late flight and I was able to get a late check out @ 5 this made such a huge difference for me and I couldn’t have been more thankful for them to accommodate me It saved me from sitting in the lobby for 5 or 6 hours and would have made me beyond miserable so thank you for your service and your support you guy’s made my holiday special thank you very much"
