"Clean room, family friendly atmosphere. Room could have more storage for a family of four. Also there were very few power outlets for charging devices. Staff was mostly good, but a few were rude - especially at one of the restaurants- Agra. Also front desk and check out staff were pushy with pitches for either time share presentation or paid vouchers for future stays."

"Great stay overall! The room was clean and comfortable, and housekeeping did a good job every day. The staff were friendly and helpful, always with a smile, which made the experience even better. The breakfast had a good variety and was fresh, and the bar service was nice with plenty of drink options. The location is excellent—very close to the beach and nightlife, which made it easy to enjoy everything around. The only downside is that the decor and overall design feel a bit outdated and could use some renovation. With a refresh—especially incorporating more wood elements—the place could look much more modern, warm, and stylish. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, and with a bit of renovation, it could easily be an even better experience."

"The good: Overall experience was pretty good. The buffet was really good in my opinion. The resort is clean and staff were really good. Getting around the resort is easy they have a nice view of the beach and Laguna. For the price you pay its really decent. The bad: The restaurants had poor quality food compared to the buffet. Zai was good service bad food Don Gus was opposite. Wish they had a bit more for kids. Their shuttle service is basically non existent."

"The hotel was very clean, it wasn't overly crowded, and the staff were very friendly. The food was not good. It didn't make us sick, but it was a let down most of the time. There was one day when we were served hamburgers that were still raw in the middle. We also experienced very long wait times a few nights. One evening we had to wait two hours to get a table, and then it took another two hours to get through our meal. There was also a scheduling snafu on the part of the spa that was annoying. At check in, we took advantage of a deal on a couples massage and the front desk secured an appointment for us. When we went to the spa to check in for our appointment, we were informed that they had made a mistake on the booking and asked us to move our appointment. We had other plans and couldn't move it so we opted to cancel. At first the spa employee tried to tell us that it wasn't possible to cancel, so we had to push back and ask for a manager. Ultimately we were refunded the money. We would stay here again, but not before looking at other places first - and we wouldn't eat the hamburgers again."
