"We had a wonderful experience during our stay at Aspera Altunizade. The garden suite was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

"Booked 2 rooms. One room smelled of smoke, shower door broken, mould in shower, noisy neighbourhood as no double glazed windows. Fridge did not work in the other room. "
"It was an average and decently clean place to stay. Nothing special, nothing terrible. The service was average. We had breakfast included and came an hour before the end time, but the eggs, potatoes and bread were all finished, the dishes were finished for drinks and so we didn’t have much to eat. They did go get more bread, but the eggs and potatoes and other hot sides were out. I asked if they could make more as the breakfast buffet was still an hour longer but they said it was finished. "Enjoyed our stay at Conrad Istanbul
Good service, clean lots of choice at breakfast
We are a family of four and we really appreciate the connecting rooms convenience. "
"This was my first time in Turkey and we stayed about 9 days. I was very pleasantly surprised to find this hotel so close to everything. We walked almost everywhere: Hagia Sophia, Blue Dome Mosque, Basilica (which were 20 feet from the hotel), Grand Bazaar, and close by to restaurants that you did not have to use or pay for any transportation. (Avoid taxis at ALL costs, if you can). It is better to find one of the all day rental companies with the black vans and pay a set fee before you use the taxi. Also, the tram was cheap and quick. The staff were very nice at the hotel and the breakfast was very good. If you eat their breakfast, honestly, you won't need a lunch. They had such a good assortment of choices: soup, eggs, Turkish sausage, olives, yogurts, breads, fruit, veggies, and the CHEESES!!!! This hotel will pay for itself. The staff were helpful and all spoke English on some level. The hotel is not modern, but Istanbul is an old city. It was charming to stay at and the windows facing the street would open to let us get a cool breeze which I appreciated very much. The other room we got had a Juliette balcony which was an A+! The hotel provided us with a very user friendly map at check-in and it saved us so much time and helped us choose the places to visit. I read the posts from some of the other experiences after I made the reservation, but before we stayed here. I really can genuinely recommend this hotel for you and your family. Safe Travels."
"All staff was courteous and professional. The guys at reception were so helpful in answering all our questions and sharing information to help us navigate through the city.
My room was cleaned thoroughly each day. I appreciate the lady’s work ethic.
The spa provided me with just the right “pick me up.” I had reflexology first. Secondly, I had a massage, then sauna, steam room, and finally the bath. What a way to get re-energized.
If you need a hotel on the Asian side, I highly recommend the Antwell."
"Exceptional hotel at the Bosphorus. Everything was first class, from the beautiful room #24 with sublime view to the friendly and efficient hotel staff. A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for! We had an unforgettable last night in Turkey at the Bosphorus Palace Hotel which concluded an amazing 10-day trip through Turkey. "
