"We stayed in the standard suite on the first floor, smaller room but it was very clean, organized well and sufficient for two people. Very helpful staff, walking distance to ferry terminal, buses, cabs and the Kadıköy center. If you’re a light sleeper though, city never sleeps so expect some street noise and due to the historical building wood floors, some noise from within. I’d recommend this place for sure."

"We have chosen economy room which is kind of underground, i don't think this is clear enough from the description of the room. Room was very small so was the bathroom. Room had 2 small windows with a view to respectfully a wall/small inner yard. So, no light! There were cats all around in this yard so we couldn't keep windows open in the night as cats could come in. There was mold on one of the walls. "

"Fantastic hotel. Room design and smiling service were just perfect. The breakfast spread was a joy every morning. Seems a bit far from Kadiköy at first, but once you walk it you realise that it is just a 10 minute walk from the fabulous Kadiköy Terminal. "

"This is not a 4 Star Hotel. Whilst it meets some criteria to get 4 Stars, eg, pool, spa, slippers, the overall hospitality standards were not up to scratch. Welcome guests...reception is never attended full time. Cleanliness of Hotel in lobbys lifts never cleaned during my stay. Rooftop Bar was closed but not mentioned on website. Restaurant does not serve dinner and the breakfasts served were terrible and below standard. Staff whilst they tried their best have not been properly...

"I can confidently say that of all the hotels I've been to in my entire life, this was the worst hotel I've ever experienced, and I usually go to a lot of hotels. Very uncomfortable bed and mattress. The chair in the room was broken and it was even hard to find an electrical outlet to charge my cell phone."
