"Everything was adequate and fair for the price. Breakfast was better than I expected, both in quality and in the number of choices. The only thing I didn't like was being next to the fwy and having Hwy 10 be my scenic view, but par for the course being in LA (I grew up there). Thankfully, the windows provided the needed soundproofing. Being next to the freeway did have its advantages for quickly getting on and off, and the hotel was conveniently located near old downtown Covina, a quaint little downtown with good eating places, nightclubs, and just promenading the streets for people watching."

"Room was dirty, didn’t look like they even tried. Floor was sticky. Staff at front desk wasn’t very friendly. Wouldn’t stay again."

"Clean room and staff was amazing. Especially the front desk staff. Bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good but you had to pay extra for it. "

"The hotel and staff are excellent however we did have a slight problem in the bar a very rude bartender who made us margaritas and they were truly the worst margaritas we have ever had. Just thought I should let people know, but the hotel is wonderful."

"The breakfast in the service was great. But when I checked in the TV did not work, and they told me it would be an hour to fix it, or they would need me to change rooms. So my check in wasn't exactly as I wanted being that.It was late but everyone at the hotel was very kind"

"The front desk staff welcomed us with smiles and great customer service. Very helpful and efficient. The restaurant staff took great care of us as well. "

"Not a super high quality hotel. The drain for shower, sink and toilet were all not working. Had to call staff in to fix. Location isn’t bad but road and train noise can be problematic. Bedrooms are ok. For the cheap price I guess we got what we paid for"

"Tried a few rooms. The beds were collapsed and uncomfortable. Not a pleasant smell throughout. We had to get a refund and go somewhere else."
