Their positive attitudes and willingness to help have made a tremendous difference during a stressful period in our lives. I stay in hotels frequently and interact with many hospitality professionals. I can honestly say that this team has gone above and beyond. The property is clean, well-maintained, welcoming, and professionally operated. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel valued and respected. While Motel 6 may not offer all the amenities of some higher-priced hotels, the quality of customer service here rivals or exceeds many well-known brands.
