Condo Rentals in Calabarzon

"Upon check-in, we need to wait for 25-30mins for the caretaker to give us the room key considering that we called them several times ton inform what time we’ll arrive. Upon check out, we need to wait for them again to give back the key since the inhouse staff in the building are not allowed to get the key. Guests need to walk few mins under the sun to get to the pool and parking area.condo lobby in tower 2 is hot, not a welcoming temp, seems the ac is not working.upon booking,the website says...

"This property should not be listed in Expedia nor other booking platforms. We made a booking on behalf of my brother thinking that it's at Pico and the property would be nice. They were upgraded to a two bedroom, but was of a downgrade. Cleanliness and providing basic essentials are part of being a host. NOT this one. Anyhow, they've checked out the next day. "

The unit was clean, comfortable, and priced very reasonably — overall, an excellent value. The location was very convenient for our needs and walking distance to Southwoods Mall. "It's a scam. We went there 4 hours drive and found out no room. We tried to contact the owner and he gave the wrong number. We messaged thru expedia but no response. Expedia agents cant contact them also. It was a very terrible experience"
