"Really nice room + amazing breakfast. Perfect location (number 4 bus just outside hotel) + 12-15 euro taxi to most of the popular bits of Palma (ie harbor/cathedrals/old town) Brilliant facilities too (tennis courts, mini golf , pool table and swimming pool). "

Amenities in terms of within the room could be slightly better given the price tag and suite (mini bar and snacks were very highly priced, most hotels would be limited but free for a room such as this). "The hotel does not have hot tubs as advertised in Expedia. No coffee machine in the room. (First time I see this in my life). You can find coffee only at the buffet if you pay for it. or wait until 10 am for the pool bar with cafeteria. There is no option of coffee in the rooms for the ones who likes to have coffee first thing in the morning while still in pijama. The air conditioner fan was pretty loud like is broken or need maintenance. we couldn’t use it. Elevator display fell off while we were using it. Other than this, it was fine, very relaxing, clean, quiet, beds are ok, location is great, neighborhood is lovely, chick in was easy, and nice staff. "

"I stayed at the hotel overnight before heading into Palma to meet friends. Upon check-in, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade, which was a lovely touch. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel’s location is ideal if you’re looking for a relaxing stay by the sea while still being within easy reach of Palma. Breakfast was a highlight particularly the à la carte options, which were high quality and very enjoyable. The buffet selection was a bit more average in comparison, especially considering the overall standard of the hotel. The swimming pool area was clean and well-maintained, and the surrounding public areas of the hotel were also kept to a high standard. The location is convenient, with Palma about a 15-minute taxi ride away and Puerto Portals around 10 minutes by taxi. Although I didn’t have lunch or dinner at the hotel, the menu looked appealing. Overall, the staff were consistently helpful, and I had a very pleasant stay. "
