Hotels near Cala Xinxell

"We have stayed at this hotel many times and will be coming back again in September. However, be mindful of where your room is. We opted this time for a standard room and ended up in room 139 (first floor at the back of the hotel near the bins), which were emptied every morning between 2am and 5am. We are light sleepers and this did wake us up. Go for a pool view if possible, or maybe a higher floor. The food is very nice and the pool area is lovely. Never any rush for a sunbed throughout the day. Staff are lovely. Free shuttle bus (10 minute ride) into Palma Nova is great for a beach day :)"

"Really nice room + amazing breakfast. Perfect location (number 4 bus just outside hotel) + 12-15 euro taxi to most of the popular bits of Palma (ie harbor/cathedrals/old town) Brilliant facilities too (tennis courts, mini golf , pool table and swimming pool). "

"Beautiful views, very spacious room, pool and spa area is gorgeous and you could certainly spend all day there. Amenities in terms of within the room could be slightly better given the price tag and suite (mini bar and snacks were very highly priced, most hotels would be limited but free for a room such as this). "

"The hotel was very clean and modern. The pool area was lovely with plenty of sunbeds. Drinks were delicious. Only areas for improvement were that service was slow at times, no one greeted us at breakfast and the pool was ice cold"

"I stayed at the hotel overnight before heading into Palma to meet friends. Upon check-in, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade, which was a lovely touch. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel’s location is ideal if you’re looking for a relaxing stay by the sea while still being within easy reach of Palma. Breakfast was a highlight particularly the à la carte options, which were high quality and very enjoyable. The buffet selection was a bit more average in comparison, especially considering the overall standard of the hotel. The swimming pool area was clean and well-maintained, and the surrounding public areas of the hotel were also kept to a high standard. The location is convenient, with Palma about a 15-minute taxi ride away and Puerto Portals around 10 minutes by taxi. Although I didn’t have lunch or dinner at the hotel, the menu looked appealing. Overall, the staff were consistently helpful, and I had a very pleasant stay. "

"Breakfast was very good, with a choice of fresh fruit, cheeses, hams, cereals and bread. You could also have a cooked breakfast with a small but good choice. Bedroom was comfortable and clean, with large terrace and outdoor furnishings. The hotel is very close to the sea with beautiful views, but the beach is rocky. Restaurant provides good choice of food and wine, but it is a little expensive. I believe they cater high end."
