Fantastic hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive and genuinely welcoming - nothing was ever too much trouble. The location was perfect: right in the heart of Palma, with everything close by, yet tucked away from the main streets, making it a real haven of tranquillity. The small rooftop plunge pool was a lovely retreat and ideal for spending a hot afternoon. The rooms were beautiful and well equipped - the inclusion of GHD straighteners was a real treat and a first for me! Overall, a perfect hotel in the heart of Palma with exceptional staff. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Hotel. I was over for the Palma Marathon. The hotel was 15 minute walk to the start line. Perfect. The race actually runs past the hotel. Lovely staff. So nice and pleasant.

We spent 2 nights and loved that the quiet street was just a 5 min walk to the bustling Old Town. Very walkable to sights, restaurants, cafe's, shops. We even walked 25 min to the beach one day and rented chaises and had lunch. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Room was lovely.

The location of the hotel is great for exploring the Old Town, along with great restaurants nearby and some beautiful boutiques. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and the breakfast is amazing. Very quiet at the weekends, a little bit more noisy during the week as located near to a school, but this is mainly during the morning arrival time.

A fantastic boutique hotel located in a quiet street 2 minutes from the shops and restaurants. Spotlessly clean with great amenities this hotel has been painstakingly restored to an exceptional modern standard whilst keeping its authentic charm. My friend and I stayed for 3 days, we loved the hotel. Very nice restoration of an older building with a sweet and small plunge pool. There was a sauna and spa downstairs. Nice toiletries too. The staff were lovely and accommodating, the (english) lady was especially helpful with recommendations and arranging taxis etc. Would definitely stay again!

A really beautiful property that has been thoughtfully renovated. We loved our stay and found the staff to be super helpful. An on-site bar and restaurant (other than breakfast only) would make things better. The walls are also a little thin so take it easy at night! Overall, very good - highly recommended.

Absolutely everything from beginning to end. What wonderful staff especially Alicia all welcomed us to their beautiful hotel. We weee very kindly upgraded to the most beautiful suite for my husbands birthday. This was such a treat especially as we spent quite a bit of time in it. Wanting to relax and chill. This was easy to do as the hotel is so quiet. We only are out but the breakfast and breakfast room looked very inviting again with amazing staff. Hidden Gem - Def Stay!

This is a gem of a place - five stars and lives up to the name! Very clean, luxe, and the staff is extremely generous with their time and helpful with anything you may need. Summum is a boutique hotel with only 18 rooms so you really feel like you’re the only person in the hotel. The pool on the rooftop is more like a Jacuzzi and has to be reserved in advance. This ensures you have the entire rooftop to yourself. If you’re looking for a calm & peaceful place to stay then this is it! My best friend and I loved our stay here - so much so, we stayed an extra night. 10/10 would stay here again. Big thanks to Tim, Manuel, Emma, Flora, Maria, Cindy, Pedro, and the rest of the staff for making our trip in Mallorca remarkable.
