Having a room without a balcony is ok only during a cold season, otherwise there is nowhere to dry your wet clothes after the beach. It's always full of water going out the shower, therefore the floor is always flooded. Personal is very friendly! Great breakfast. Very good location. Nice rooftop bar.

A very delightful stay!

Very excellent stay - apart from the very clean room, great breakfast (with many healthy opportunities as well) extra points must go to the service level. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, who made sure to make the stay extra pleasant. Would definitely come back another time.

The hotel is conveniently located and quiet. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Parking was very easy and is also walkable, five minute walk to the port and nearest beach. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

The hotel was clean and generally well-maintained, but service could be improved. Towels and toilet paper weren’t restocked regularly, and on our last day the air conditioning stopped working. We were told it would be fixed by 11 a.m., but it never was, and no compensation or apology was offered at checkout. Disappointing end to an otherwise decent stay.

Overall a decent stay. No issues at all. Situated in a very nice area, however the area is limited to one walkable beach, and very few reasonable restaurants. Mostly overpriced near by. However palmanova is only a 5 min bus away, and palma is 20-30 mins on bus. Bus station is a 2 min walk away from hotel. Hotel breakfast is pretty good, however there is no gym at this hotel, and only one pool. Pool area didnt get too busy, always managed a sunbed. Would recommend this hotel, however would most likely stay in a different area of majorca in future.

We are traveling a lot and sometimes hotels in Europe are not what travelers from America get used to. This hotel met all our expectations: nice, clean, stuff is friendly and very helpful, included breakfast was good, and there are AC in rooms that work very well, which is not a case in many European hotels. There is no hotel’s dedicated parking, but we had no problem to park on the street right infront of the hotel. There are 5-7 restaurants in no more than 10 min walking distance through the very nice neighborhood. There is small, but quite cozy pool area. And… there is nothing else to do around, which was not a problem for us.

The hotel is conveniently located in Portals Nous, close to the marina and to a bus stop that takes you to several popular beaches. This makes the hotel a good base to explore the area. Mariana and Jordi at reception were friendly and helpful, and we received a welcome gift of Cava and chocolates in our rooms because this trip was a special birthday treat. This was a great start to our trip then things went downhill afterwards. The bathroom floods repeatedly (slipping risk), the toilet seat was cracked in my room, the toilet seat in my parents was busted on the third day and left standing without being securely fixed so it fell on my mother’s hand and hurt her (it’s a heavy seat), the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, the cleaning staff woke me up at 8:30 a.m. one morning and kept knocking at my door repeatedly until they roused me from a deep and comfortable sleep, on another day they kept banging at my parents’ door even though there was a not disturb sign” on the door knob and it was barely 11:40 a.m., our toilet paper was not replenished on two separate on their roof on a Friday night with drunk shouting in the corridors and parking lot until 1 a.m. The loud music made our rooms shake and we got no sleep at all (we had an early flight the next day). You’re a hotel not a nightclub. Be better!
