"I had nice stay"

"Homely little place nestled within walking distance to everything. The bar when you walk in is a nice touch—you don’t have to drink in order to appreciate it as a gathering place, and opportunity to converse with fellow travelers."

"Location is perpect, connected train station and super markets. Staff are very helpful and courteous."

"It was very clean and convenient. The location is amazing and the staff are kind! Everything was straight forward which was super helpful."

"Felt great to have an apartment right outside of Shinjuku. It was nice to come back to this home and pass out for the night. Would 10/10 recommend for a single person or couple. "

"The room was very clean and in a fabulous location "

"Basic hotel but it did the trick for a couple nights!"

"Location: a bit far , train station right in front of apartment. Not too far from Nakano broadway Description of room: host states private bathroom, My unit was in the top floor and you had to leave your room to go to the toilet. I recommend you know which room you are getting as only the 4th floor unit has the separate toilet"

"Clean, simple and cosy. Brilliant location and easy enough to find and check-in. On the smaller side and a bit tight for taller westerners but if you’re looking for an easy and convenient place to crash after exploring nakano and other Tokyo wards it’s a great option. "

"Wonderful hotel in a great neighborhood."

"Second time staying here, great location, kind staff, lovely atmosphere."

"Great location, breakfast and friendly stuffs"

"Incredible!! I had such a good experience and the host is super responsive and helpful! I recommend 100%"

"Everything about Kizen Villa was magnificent. The hosts were so friendly and interesting. They love meeting people from all over the world and they do everything possible to ensure an enjoyable and pleasant stay. We had more space than we could have ever hoped for staying in Japan. The beds were extremely comfortable and the washer/dryer was very useful as well as the kitchen. I am so happy we stayed here."

"The best part was the delicious restaurant for breakfast and lunch at the hotel Hearth, the rooms were slightly outdated but clean and friendly staff. Overall great location, I would stay again, thank you!"

"Clean, good size, had everything we needed. Stairs are steep if your older, location is solid but always some walking to station. Overall very good and good host would stay again!"

"Enjoyed my stay in the hotel. Very clean, helpful staff, great location, comfortable and cozy room."

"Host was great and the location was good! The only thing I didn’t realize upon booking was how many stairs there were to get up and down from the basement floor and main floor. Besides that a good stay!"
