"It’s an okey hotel. The staff is friendly, it’s a clean hotel. Biggest disappointment was the housekeeping, it is horrible to non-existent, literally all was done is straightening of the beds and taking out the trash. The towels not changed, nothing else is cleaned. Otherwise, it’s perfectly located, the Big Ben is just 3 minutes walk, so it’s an okey stay."

"Staff could not do enought for you. All very friendly and polite. Room very clean, did not have breakfast as thought very expensive for £45.00 where could get same along the road for £15.00. Had the indian meal was very nice, recommend to go. "

"Great location But Poor quality hotel. Ceiling Light didn’t work, Microwave smokes, mold in bathroom, shower drains very slow, VERY SMALL space, bathroom very small, only cold water, internet very spotty, Beds were horrible, pay a little more, for better quality! Staff was nice and they did replace the microwave. "
