"Building is about a year old and staff work hard to satisfy your expectations. We felt like being such a new building it could be better maintained. First we notice black mold in the shower, then notice it on the outside furniture. They use furniture that's not supposed to get wet and leave it out in the pouring rain then gets moldy. Lots of this around the pool area and balconies. Shower has no ventilation so mold accrues in the grout easily.
Also they did not offer free breakfast if you book...
