The room was very dirty. The first room smelled terrible because of the bathroom. There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom drain There was mold on the wall. The toilet and shower did not look clean. The key to open the room was broken. I asked to move to another room, and they changed it for me. Unfortunately, the second room was still not very clean. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was good, and the air conditioning worked perfectly.

A localização é boa, bairro bom. Mas o hotel em si é sujo e mal cuidado, o quarto é um pouco pequeno e o banheiro é encardido. Não tinha nem toalha no nosso quarto e só um lençol fino em cada cama de casal, tivemos que solicitar ao hotel que foi buscar em outro local, pois não tinha mais. O café da manhã é básico, mas não é ruim, só não varia e é igual de um dia pro outro. O estacionamento é pequeno, se o carro for grande vai sofrer um pouco, além de ser pago 25/dia. Pelo valor da diária valeu a pena, escolhas kkk

O hotel é bem localizado, e a equipe é muito simpática e acolhedora. No entanto, a propriedade em si parece bastante negligenciada e necessita de uma manutenção significativa, além de uma administração mais eficiente. Quando cheguei, fui acomodado em um quarto que ainda não havia sido limpo. Em seguida, fui transferido para outro quarto que estava limpo, porém sem toalhas, e o piso estava completamente molhado devido a um vazamento do ar-condicionado. Tive que informar o problema novamente e, felizmente, a equipe respondeu prontamente e resolveu a situação. Com uma melhor manutenção e uma gestão mais organizada, este hotel tem potencial para oferecer uma experiência muito melhor aos seus hóspedes.

Quartos limpos camareiras atenciosas Mas estávamos em um evento nacional de natação que iniciava as 7 horas e o cafe da mamha somente começa às 6 e meia com isso ficava inviável tomar cafe no hotel oque nos deixou tristes solicitamos nao so para nos mas tambem para todos que estavam no evento um pequeno cafe as 6 h para podermos antecipar o que de pronto nos foi negado sem nem ao menos ser verificado com a direção do hotel. Neste momento fui claro o motivo deles terem poucos atletas e pessoas do evento pois eles ficam a menos de 600 metros do local. Se tivesse essa boa vontade com certeza estariam lotados mas as equipes que ficaram foram claras em dizer que nao vao vai ficar la nas próximas competições por conta disso . No geral bom custo beneficio

LOCALIZAÇÃO E HOSPEDAGEM: uma localização estratégica e cômoda, perto de vários pontos turísticos, com possibilidade de fazer tudo a pé. O edifico parecia estar em reforma, pelas instalações pareceu um lugar antigo que estava passando por mudanças. O preço foi justo, diante do custo-benefício. Apenas para dormir, é uma opção ok. ARREDORES: fastfood, farmácias, supermercado, restaurantes, ponto de ônibus e pontos turísticos. QUARTO: prédio com elevador, duas camas, banheiro grande - camas de solteiro apenas OK, pouco confortáveis. mas sem muitas exigências pela tarifa que o hotel cobra. CAFÉ DA MANHÃ: sem muitos destaques, apenas o básico no modelo buffet - bolo, misto, café, leite, frutas, pães, sucos - para o valor cobrado, é justo. STAFF: educados, prestativos, sempre dispostos a ajudar.

A estadia foi boa, funcionários muito simpáticos, café da manhã razoável, o que deixou a desejar foi que o banheiro não tinha box, molhava o banheiro inteiro e não tinha para onde a água escoar, com mancha de infiltração e a estrutura da porta do banheiro fofa mostrando ser um problema antigo. O que aliviou foi a limpeza diária do quarto e um pano de chão. A localização do hotel muito boa!

A experiência tem um custo benefício bom. Fiquei 5 diárias no hotel, recepção funcionando de madrugada, quarto enorme embora eu si precisasse de 1 cama tinham 3 camas de solteiro e um banheiro enorme. O ar condicionado funcionou muito bem. Acho que o Wi-Fi poderia ser melhorado. O café da manhã é servido muito bem. Voltaria a me hospedar novamente
