Simplesmente incrível, já estou planejando a minha volta pra lá. Não encontramos defeitos, das acomodações às comidas e bebidas, tudo perfeito. O pessoal da recreação é muito divertido, além de o hotel oferecer atividades pra família inteira o dia inteiro. A comida é maravilhosa, com muita (MUITA) variedade. Sem contar a piscina lindíssima e tudo de extremo bom gosto nas acomodações. Sem dúvidas a melhor escolha que poderia ter feito.

I brought my family who had never been to an all-inclusive restaurant. We had an amazing 2 nights. The food and service were amazing. The staff was kind and professional. The pool bar was a real hit and the pool area and gardens were gorgeous.

One more restaurant option would be good. Pools are really cold in the winter. We got a room with a “Jacuzzi” but the water was extremely cold. The staff was the BEST. They made our days more fun. We stayed for 6 days. Barbecue day was my favorite. I missed some good steak on the buffet but besides that the food was great.

Quando chegamos a entrada estranhamos por ficar na estrada e parecer um hotel sem expressão ….logo no lobby tudo mudou e foi uma grata surpresa muito bonito e bem decorado ….comida excelente (faltou doce diet ,meu marido é diabético ,porém qdo solicitamos fomos prontamente atendidos pelo responsável de ontem à noite do restaurante principal )funcionários extremamente solícitos ,Júlia ,Thaís ,Rivaldo ,Riviolli e Gilberto dentre tantos outros .So temos a agradecer

American tourists think twice!!! Beautiful place, but the service was the worst I have experienced in Brasil. With the current state of traveling you would think that tourists would be welcomed not treated as an inconvenience when travel plans are altered by airline cancellations. We stayed at a pousada nearby afterwards and the service was five stars, staff made you feel completely welcome. We’ll be back soon but won’t stay here.

Um hotel all inclusive, com muito charme e qualidade!! Hotel relativamente pequeno, se comparado a outros da mesma pegada, mas que entrega um serviço de qualidade e excelência! A comida é a bebida são divinas! As bebidas são de qualidade superior. Muito bem preparadas! Drinks deliciosos! Vodka absolut, tequila José curto… cervejas das mais variadas marcas, inclusive das verdinhas (lembrando que na área da piscina somente em lata). Tem chop Brahma, espumante a vontade! Tem carrinho de picolé e sorvete, além de um food truck (que não tive tempo pra experimentar). Os petiscos na área de piscina são muito gostosos e são repostos ao longo do dia! Só jantei no restaurante estilo buffet… mas nem precisava de outro, pois a comida é divina! Muito bem preparada! O atendimento é excelente, realmente diferenciado! A área da piscina conta com bastante espreguiçadeira e guarda-sol. O hotel é muito lindo! Puro charme. Apenas duas observações… o refrigerante de lá é Pepsi (eu particularmente não gosto), mas isso pra mim não foi um problema! E os doces, apesar de muito lindos, não ganharam meu coração. Mas isso tb não será um problema, pq tem tanta coisa gostosa… que o doce é o de menos! E só comer os croissants com calda de chocolate DIVINOSSSS no café da manhã

Boa experiência, mas pode melhorar.

Tivemos uma boa experiência no Westin, mas alguns pontos precisam melhorar. Os quartos são muito confortáveis. Camas e travesseiros ótimos. Há opção de travesseiro de pluma, o que dificilmente se encontra em outros resorts da região. A estrutura é menor que de outros resorts, mas tem uma ótima piscina e linda praia. Pra nossa família a estrutura atendeu bem ao que desejávamos. A comida é apenas razoável e um pouco repetitiva. Não é Premium como anunciam. No entanto, imagino ser melhor que outros resorts próximos. Os petiscos no bar da piscina eram ótimos. O All inclusive tem algumas exceções, e há uma tentativa velada e frequente de vender itens não cobertos, como vinhos melhores e, pasmem, um chá gelado na cafeteria. O chá gelado ser cobrado à parte é um absurdo, mas reclamei com a gerência e eles abonaram a cobrança. Refrigerantes, somente Pepsi e Antarctica, nada de Coca Cola. O Hotel tem 3 restaurantes a la carte além do principal. Um deles pode ser usado apenas por quem fica no mínimo 4 noites e os outros 2 por quem fica 7 noites. Deselegante em minha opinião. O uso do Spa é cobrado à parte. Correto cobrarem pelos serviços do spa, massagens, etc, porém acho bastante deselegante não deixarem usar a piscina aquecida, sauna e hidromassagem. Mesmo sendo uma administração terceirizada, o spa faz parte do complexo do hotel e deveria ser permitido o uso, assim como em todos os outros resorts que já fui. O atendimento dos funcionários é excelente!
