The pool area seems abandoned, and there was trash there all days as well as rusted areas and a gigantic hole on the ceiling. We were three people, and they refused to give us a third pillow. There were no hands towels in the bathrooms, and only bar soap. Beds were not comfortable at all….. They also gave us our towels at the end of the first day of our stay. Breakfast was pretty good though. And it’s across from a supermarket, three blocks from the beach, and close to restaurants, drugstores, which made the location pretty good.

The hotel changes the bath towels every two days and the bed sheets every two days, which is absurd for a hot beach town. And the breakfast is terrible.

Precisa melhorar o atendimento na recepção (claro que não são todos), questão de toalhas e lençóis que não ficam disponíveis no quarto e é uma batalha pra chegar quando solicitado. No banho, a água fica sem descer no ralo deixando a área inundada por um bom tempo. Poderiam tbm oferecer 1 chave do quarto a mais, independente de quantas pessoas estejam no quarto.

O Hotel precisa de uma reforma urgente. Má conservação nas áreas comuns, nos quartos, o colchão deve ser da época de Nassau. Limpeza deixa muito a desejar. O box do banheiro está lá apenas para juntar bolor, pois e impossível tomar banho sem molhar o banheiro todo.. E pra fechar com chave de ouro, você descobre que o banheiro nao tem papel higiênico da pior forma.
