Pleasant stay

Pleasant stay at this very affordable Inn / Hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was small but comfortable, I would recommend for budget conscious folks.

Felt like there was bait and switch because there's a beautiful picture for swimming pool on the Internet when we got there we were told that the pool is under construction

The pool area seems abandoned, and there was trash there all days as well as rusted areas and a gigantic hole on the ceiling. We were three people, and they refused to give us a third pillow. There were no hands towels in the bathrooms, and only bar soap. Beds were not comfortable at all….. They also gave us our towels at the end of the first day of our stay. Breakfast was pretty good though. And it’s across from a supermarket, three blocks from the beach, and close to restaurants, drugstores, which made the location pretty good.

They charge 100$ for the dog while it’s says pet friendly and it never said that they charge, parking was not available and they ask to pay 25$ for private parking, the room was not clean at all the sheets were so tinny and over used

The room was fine, the staff outstanding BUT the faucet water was yellow. Also the key card always out of commission… having to go to the lobby several times.

O antendimento do hotel é muito bom, os funcionários são solicitos e simpaticos, o café da manhã é razoavel, mas limpeza dos quartos é bem precaria, deixei cair um brinco em baixo da cama e estava super sujo, o box do banheiros tambem precisava de uma limpeza, alem disso a piscina estava em manutenção de segunda e sexta feira e isso não foi mencionado no anuncio.

Limpeza decepcionante. Troca de toalhas a cada dois dias. Tv com poucas opções de canais. Café da manhã muito ruim. O atendimento da recepção lenta. Somente o serviço de guarda de carros que funcinou normalmente, com rapidez e presteza.

Precisa de uma atenção na recepção!

Precisam com urgência deixar os rececionista mais solicitos e agradáveis. No check in o rapaz foi super ríspido, e no checkout a moça parecia que tava trabalhando apulso. Empresa nenhuma cresce com funcionários insatisfeitos. Fiquei com essa impressão. Avaliem! De resto, tudo ótimo. Inclusive o pessoal da limpeza e restaurante, super simpático e agradável!
