The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and every team member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help. My room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, smelled great with thoughtful touches that made me feel right at home which really exceeded my expectations. The hotel’s breakfast and coffee was exceptional—delicious food and attentive service that made dining a highlight of my stay. I also appreciated how well-kept the property was, creating such a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. What impressed me most was the consistent level of care and hospitality. Every detail, big or small, was handled with excellence. I would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Hyatt Place Bayamón and I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip."

"Staff very nice and helpful. Pretty pool area. Nice beach area on site. Free drinks and Lobby entertainment. Our first room was really cold (and so was the lobby!) and we couldn't get the thermostat to go higher, and the first room was next to a really loud elevator that was waking us up really early so they got us a different room half way though the stay. Overall a good stay."
