Hotels with Swimming Pool in Cabo Caribe, Vega Baja

"Everything would be great if they had more towels, I checked in with 3 guest and I only had two towel in the room and asked for more towels and the lady asked me when I was I checking out, what do you mean I need a towel per person then we had to wait because they were washing them, the pool towel same thing they did not have any available we also had to wait so I had to walk in dripping wet to get towels when they were done washing them and the one was ripped along the side other then that hotel was clean and easy to get in and out of but a let down will not be back "

"Had an amazing stay at the Caribe Hilton. The property is beautiful, the private beach area was relaxing, and the views were incredible. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the trip, and the location made it easy to enjoy San Juan. The rooms were clean, the pools were great, and the overall atmosphere felt like a true vacation. Definitely a place I’d come back to and recommend to anyone visiting Puerto Rico."

"Upon arrival, the front desk informed us that we would be required to pay an additional “service fee,” despite already having paid in full through Expedia. This fee (which was about the price of two nights stay) was never disclosed during the booking process, and we had not accounted for it in our travel budget. To make matters worse, the hotel never clearly explained what this “service fee” actually covered. We did not receive any special services or amenities beyond the standard stay. No food service, spa treatments, massages, upgraded cleaning, or anything else that would justify such a charge!! BEWARE OR THE HIDDEN FEES. This hotel charges extra, undisclosed costs that are not transparently communicated at the time of booking."
