The Prestige Hotel Penang
10/10 Excellent
"Second time staying at The Prestige. We mainly went back for the Spa and the room. I liked the water pressure and also they have filtered water tap in the room so I can refill my bottle. The room is very spacious and comfortable for two pax, however the carpets do have some stains but not too obvious. The staff are all very friendly and they remembered our names and always made the effort to greet us. The location is very convenient, you can get to most of the famous food places in less than 5 mins via grab. Also quite happy that Bei Gong Cha bubble tea shop is at the hotel! Easy BBT fix! Don’t need to order Chagee. The pool was under maintenance when we went the 2nd time, also the gym a bit small so didn’t use it. Overall, I’ll definitely stay again !"

"Absolutely stunning hotel, especially the beautiful outdoor spaces at night and the well-maintained amenities. However, the room I stayed in had a really bad smell and noisy super loud ventilation, which unfortunately disrupted what could have been a peaceful and comfortable stay. Despite that, I definitely loved the hotel and would stay here again."

"Good location but with limited parking spaces available. Very near to the Cecil street market. Room's hangers have to be changed, the plastic clip is not holding the hanger anymore! Tried the black coffee at lobby, it's complimentary but would be better to get local coffee from food market or nearby Altertaste cafe!"

"The hotel rooms are big. Although it's not in the latest decorations, the room and bathroom are clean and functional, bed was comfortable with clean linen, meets our needs. The location is excellent. The New Land hawker stalls are literally on the doorstep, we were able to take away the food and enjoy them in the comfort of the airconed hotel room. Many attractions in Georgetown are within walking distance. We will stay at Sunway if we visit Penang again."
