"Room was far too hot-top floor and heating pumping out with no way to turn down. Small fan in room not up to job of cooling sufficiently. Bar /food not open. Disappointing for a Mercure hotel. Staff apologetic but unable to solve issue."

Could have done with an extra coffee sachet in the room so we could have a coffee each would be the only negative! Will definitely be back! Thank you! "
