"This is a lovely hotel. However, the floor plan is very complex. The room we had (and certainly not the cheapest) was on the first floor. Up to the first floor in the elevator. Up several steps, down several steps and then down 2 flights of stairs. This is definitely not accessible."

They were amazing!"

"A great option for a quick 1-night stay in central Oxford. My top floor room was clean and comfortable, with a new TV, fan, kettle, water and biscuits. The bathroom was perfectly adequate, with a warm shower and towels/toiletries provided. No complaints at all - some of the reviews seem a little unfair. I appreciate it probably gets quite hot in summer, and there was a minor smell in the ground floor entrance hall, but otherwise all was OK. Very fast check-in which was appreciated given I was running late. You're paying for the location, and for that, it was good value."
