" The WhiteHall Hotel BW Premier Collection is fortunate to have both Felicia and Cheryl representing their establishment and welcoming guests daily. During our recent stay in the downtown Chicago area, these two exceeded expectations to ensure our stay was pleasant and rewarding. Upon check-in, we encountered an unforeseen issue with our room key, but Felicia quickly resolved the situation by providing us with a complimentary upgrade, which we greatly appreciated. Additionally, Cheryl went above and beyond by assisting us in obtaining a private car service to attend a special event we were in town for. Their exceptional service truly made our experience memorable! "

"As with every city property these days the so called “destination fee” of $32 for basically nothing is just plain extortion and ruins the stay 😡"

"Lots of places/restaurants within area.perfect location to stay cuz u can get around and explore betond the hotel as long as walking dont bother u.....definitely will be staying here again!!!!"

"Good for vacations "

"Most hotels have terrible restaurants attached but this independent Australian cafe serves AMAZING coffee and food including fresh smoked salmon bagels which was my go-to. Anyone who has been to Australia knows they LOVE good coffee Down Under which is apparent here. The area is SO nice to walk to the lake and sunbathe in the Summer, or go for a morning run around the park’s jogging track 2 blocks down. Having the living room area separate to the bedroom was a huge bonus for those in our party that wanted to nap. Amazing hotel! OH the views from the gym were awesome too on the top floor to see the city. Can’t wait to come back."

"Fairmont Chicago at Millennium Park met our expectation. Before the trip we had question about internet access. Now WIFI is complementary. "

"Nice and very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Very close to bus stop (bus 20) takes you to Magnificent Mile, The Bean…and bus 8 took us right to Rate field for a White Sox game. Just blocks down from Randolph Ave… lots of fun outdoor eateries!! Only recommendation- don’t take a room next to elevator because you’ll hear it go up and down ALL night long."
