"The hotel and rooms were really small and they failed to tell us at check in that we had to insert the key card into the wall for electricity so due to us not being able to call down (there’s no phone in the room) to front desk for help we had to walk down there for every inconvenience and that electricity thing was the first of a few. The staff were really helpful throughout though so the stay wasn’t that bad. "

"The service at the front desk was amazing by the lady who gave us our room cards and the food was lovely. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and it felt extra special due to the care and extras that were given as a gift. The room was lovely and it was perfect. Would definitely come again. Thank you for making his day special."
