"1. The location is just 5mins walk to the main road and the Bt Bintang station. The streets are fine, colourful and I still feel safe solo. Still, take care. The alleys are just not too clean if you are particular.
2. The check in was prompt, staff is friendly.
3. Housekeeping staff appears overworked. I arrived after check in time, but room was not yet ready. Upon entering, used consumables exist - toiletries, table tissue, drawers with items left by previous users. Housekeeping was prompt to make the corrections and fill up the gaps, and kept apologising. Looks like only one person handling. I hope the management can take note and do something to improve quickly to prevent another shock to another guests.
4. The room air con works well, the TV I switched off, the fridge works, I gave a wipe down. The power points are sufficient. Try to ask for a non connecting room if you are solo. My room has a balcony, but not pleasant to step out.
Executive Room is comfy enough for 1pax.
5. Please provide toiletries in bottles or dispenser instead of in sachets as they are not friendly to use - hair wash and shower gel.
6. Food choices and convenience shops are adequate just near by.
7. Take note, the reception is on upper ground floor, you carry your luggage up and down the stairs.
8. Will consider to return if the first impression and amenities of the room improve!"
