"It was very clean and very nice. The paying for parking is ridiculous especially since there isn't many places to park there. The only problem the pipe broke and there was no water in the room for an hour or so, so you could flush the toilet, shower, or use the sink. But other then that and the parking thing is was really nice and close to everything. Its also next door to a hospital so you will hear a lot of sirens. But it is nice."

"Stayed for a night with the family. Convenient location for a visit to Knotts Berry Farm parks. The water park is right across the street and the amusement park is about 10 minutes walking distance away. Free parking. Comfortable and clean. Good customer service. We would stay here again if we visit knotts Berry Farm again."

"Staff was amazing , complimentary continental breakfast, easy parking, lots of space and room. The suite is a bit outdated though, pullout futon couch was not comfortable. Faucet Fixtures were loose. The staff was great, front desk agents were friendly. Housekeeping staff was tentative. One thing I disliked was that we were roomed in between a loud family. They were up past midnight making noise and banging things. They were posted outside their room partying and drinking. Other than that, it’s the best property if you are looking for budget, space, and complimentary continental breakfast "

"Good for quick getaway. This is my second time to this hotel. Lots of new restaurant in the area. Easy access going to Hollywood blvd. "

"The place was beautiful. My only complaint is that there was a convention that night, and many kids were being very noisy. However, this wasn't the hotel's fault. After I called to report the issue, they addressed it promptly, which was another positive aspect of my stay."
